About Us

The Power Sports Horses Stud is set in glourious countryside on the Powys / Shropshire borders.

The Stud was established after the property was purchased in 2001, and renovations completed.

Juan Varo Zuniga an International Event Rider From Spain, joined us in November 2012. Juan competes the Event Horses, and oversees the producing of our young horses.

Our first stallion, Song Song Blue, was purchased in late 2004, graded with the Sports Horse Breeding Great Britain. Ulysses joined us in 2005 & was graded with the Anglo European Stud Book. Our homebred Stallion PSH Bespoke was graded with the Sports Horse Breeding Great Britain in 2012.

Our first major crop was born in 2006 and our breeding programme continues using the best of European bloodlines, a combination of the Warmblood, Thoroughbred Horses, and Irish Sports Horse.
